Return and Refund Policy

  • If you have any issue with the product and services we offer then you can email us on pratyangirasiddhi@gmail.com with all your query details.
  • We will solve your issue within 3 working days.
  • We have a very transparent return policy.
  • You can return the product with us within 7 days after received. After 7 days we will accept the order and it will automatically move to not returnable section.
  • If you find product duplicate, damaged and fake then we will accept it and refund your amount by deducting the courier cost.
  • The amount will refund within 7 days of item received.
  • Used items and broken items will not qualify for the refund process.
  • Normally courier timing of the delivery is 5 to 7 days and it can take more than it, and in this case, we will not accept the return and refund process.
  • We will refund the Product Amount except Courier Charges within 7 working days.
  • Refund Duration: 7 Working Days.
  • Refund Mode: Refund Mode will be Bank Transfer, UPI Transfer or mode during the payment.

Shipping Policy:

  • For the Shipping of products we can use any Courier Services Like DTDC, Trackon, Indian Post, DHL, Professional Courier etc.
  • The Delivery time will take around 3 to 7 days in all over India and it depends on the courier services availability.
